BPC-157 10/TB-500 10 10vials

This blend combines BPC-157, a stable 15-amino-acid gastric peptide, with TB-500, the synthetic 7-amino-acid fragment (Ac-LKKTETQ-NH₂) of thymosin β4 that mediates actin-binding and cell-migration activity. In preclinical models, each peptide is studied for angiogenesis, cytoprotection, and tissue repair. When used together, the blend is investigated for its potential complementary effects, with BPC-157 supporting vascular integrity and nitric-oxide signaling while TB-500 enhances cell motility and actin dynamics.

          Mechanism of action

          Angiogenesis & Vascular Repair

BPC-157 engages pro-angiogenic signaling (e.g., VEGF-linked pathways in injury models). The TB-500 fragment derives from Tβ4’s actin-binding region and is studied for endothelial/keratinocyte migration and microvascular remodeling.

          Cytoprotection & Anti-Inflammatory Effects

BPC-157 modulates nitric-oxide–related cytoprotection in GI and soft-tissue models; TB-500 reports describe reduced inflammatory infiltration and supportive matrix effects in preclinical injury models.

          Anti-Inflammatory Cytokine Modulation

Downregulates pro-inflammatory cytokines (e.g., TNF-α, IL-6) and upregulates anti-inflammatory mediators, creating a favorable environment for repair.

          Tissue Repair & Cell Migration

BPC-157 enhances fibroblast activity and collagen deposition in wound/tendon models. TB-500’s LKKTETQ motif is associated with actin dynamics and cell migration in vitro and in vivo assay systems.
